Grilled Chicken and Salsa
(Simple but delicious)
1) Marinate chicken as desired. I prefer ground red pepper rub.
2) Grill with a splash of lime juice.
3) Melt a slice of Pepper Jack cheese on top.
4) Serve with Anna's Fresh Garden Salsa on top.
(This recipe can also work well with grilled fish, such as salmon, mahi mahi, etc)

Beef and Rice
I mix 1 package of cooked rice with 1 lb of ground beef and annas salsa, simmer in a skillet, and sometimes put cheese on top. It's delicious, and even the kids love it!

Cheese/Sausage Dip
Mix and melt together:
-1 tspn minced garlic
-1 lb cooked ground sausage
-1 8 oz block of cream cheese
-3/4 cup shredded cheese
-1 8oz container of Anna's Fresh Garden Salsa
***You can use the dip to fill this in hollowed out jalepeno halves for a delicious snack. Heat in oven on 350 degrees for 45 min.
Chili Mac
Mix and melt together:
- 1 lb. cooked ground beef
- 4 cups cooked elbow macaroni
- 1/2 lb. Velveeta cubed cheese
- 2-3 tbsp. chili powder
- 1 8oz container or Anna's Fresh Garden Salsa

Salsa Guacamole
Mix together
-1 avocado
-1 8oz container or Anna's Fresh Garden Salsa
-Add salt, pepper, and/or red pepper if preferable

Quick Dip
(Preheat oven to 350 degrees)
1. Mix together and spread on pie pan
-8 oz of cream cheese
-8 oz of sour cream
2. Pour 2 8oz containers of Anna's Fresh Garden Salsa on top layer
3. Place in oven for 5 minutes
4. Take out and add 1 cup of shredded cheddar cheese on top (you can add as little or as much as you desire)
5. Place back in oven to melt cheese

Pasta Salad
Mix together
-2 cups of cooked pasta
-1 8 oz. container of Anna's Fresh Garden Salsa.
(For a healthier alternative, use whole wheat pasta)

MEATLOAF SPAGHETTI
Freeze together:
-1 8 oz container of Anna's Fresh Garden Salsa
-4 slices homemade meatloaf
Prepare:
Angel hair spaghetti noodles, drain, and and cover with meatloaf/salsa mix from the freezer which has been thawed and heated in the microwave.
